Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your IMPROVISE account and associated data.

You do not need to log into the app to request account deletion.

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from IMPROVISE, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to support.improvise@gmail.com.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include the email address associated with your account.

What Will Be Deleted

Your account information (Google account ID and email address).
App usage data.
Progress and other in-app data.

What May Be Retained

Transaction records required for legal or financial compliance.
Data required for fraud prevention and security purposes.

Retention Period

All deletable data will be permanently removed within 7–30 days after receiving and verifying your request.
